Kns. I am experiencing a severe pain in my right hand palm...all the way till the arm.
Think I overused my hand today to write the stupid long essay test in NAFA for the professional practise. I even went to write a love letter to dear and...that is where the pain worsen. It was abit sore this afternn after doing the test...but it went off after awhile...
And, guess, I strained it abit on bus juz now. I gave up my seat to a very old ah ma.. and hold the shopping bags in my right, and typing sms to dear with my right hand too. Dont ask me how, I just manage to do it.
The painful feeling breakout after I completed Lao Gong's love letter...was drafting it out nia.... kns.. I havent even transfer it into the letter paper I intend to use. :(
Pain... now it also pain from typing...and holding the mouse...the curving action of the right hand is painful. I have to let it relax and not using any strenght with right hand. I am typing this blog solely using my left. :(
Should I continue to work tonite? :( I am not sleepy today lor.... which is so rare...but now my hand is not in the state of working.... :(
*sigh*
Think I shall go take a hot bath later and hope the heat will help in relief the pain. But. My bro just shitted in the bathroom. Guess I have to wait awhile... XD
