Hi, I have been using this mouse for about 1 year or less, and as I was doing some designing stuffs on a programme called 3D max, I realised the roller button isn't working anymore. I have to click and hold the roller and drag my view in the programme, and previously it was working fine. Other than that, scrolling, left, right clicks are working perfectly fine. Could you kindly advice what action should I take to get it fix? Thanks

Hello Gwendoline,
Thank you for your e-mail and your support for Logitech products. I am Grayson and I will be assisting you with your issue regarding case ID 080424-002687.
I understand that the scroll wheel of your mouse is not working properly. If this is not correct, please let me know.
In this case, I would suggest that you hold your mouse up side down and scroll the wheel FAST. This is because there might be some mechanism problem between the wheel and metal part inside the mouse.
Please inform me on the success of troubleshooting. We will see how we can proceed with your issue from there.
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to let me know and I will do my very best to assist you.
Thank you for your support and for choosing Logitech.
Have a great day ahead.
Sincerely,
Grayson
