I miss Istana Hotel's service and room
I miss Equatorial Hotel's free upgrade to suite
I miss the bakery @ Equatorial Hote which has huge donuts

I miss the ufo catcher toy shop at Sungei Wang (not the catcher machines)

Was sick last Sat after coming back from chalet... duno was it because I got used to the fluffy nice pillow at chalet and felt giddy after I slept on my skinny flatten pillow... I seriously needa go get one new pillow I think..

Anyway, the giddiness was like no word could describe..and it was the 2nd time in this year that I encountered such kinda terrible giddiness...

It's like the whole freaking world spinning..and even it still giddy when I close my eyes lying down and not moving...

In the end I sit up and try to lie down with alot pillows behind to raise my head higher..alot higher, which is almost like sitting.. haha...

Scenerio was - Dear at my house overnite as we plan to reach hougang early to meet Meng, Mich, and Regina(Mich's sis)... We plan to have our -unspecific-routine-baking-session-.... So half way thru my sleep, I was awaken by my super giddiness..and cannot tahan sia... I woke dear by and we went to parents' bed to rest... oh, she was sleeping on wooden sofa, and me on the floor with a thick blanket as mattress... we did this a few time and it wasnt a problem, duno what's wrong that day...

She help me to my parents' room to rest (parents went to work liao lah..) then brought me panadol which I also duno where the hell she find it as I thought my house ran out of it, left with cold ones only... after taking it and rest awhile, I felt slightly better... it was already 8plus I think... I wanted to sms mich, but was too shag to do so, and I fell aslp, until mich called me.. haha..

So so so sorry darlings for unable to turn up... :( We will have one soon ok? ;D

And guess what? My sweetest darlings actually brought me the product they made!! :D Cookies!!! They made lotsa yummy cookies!! :D

Love them very muchy, and yea, wooper yummy.. u guys could go open shop liao lor... haha.. perhaps we should open a shop or something... hahaa... I heard of a young guy open an online chocolate shop in SG before.. :P

If a baby is born on a plane, does he get free air-travel for the rest of his life?

I must confess that I have always somewhat believed that if a baby is born on a plane, he or she will get free air travel on that carrier for the rest of his/her life. The truth is, airlines do not offer free air travel for babies born on their flights. It is an urban legend that has caught on in the public’s imagination, and one people believe is the reason for airlines’ restrictions on having pregnant women on board.

The real reason why airlines are very particular about having pregnant women in their third trimester on board is more medical than anything else. Pregnancy, if complications occur, can be dangerous for the mother and baby without professional help. Pregnant women also run risks of blood clot and inflammation in the veins of their legs when sitting too long. Air humidity in planes is kept at 8 percent and therefore it is easy to be dehydrated when on a plane. Different airlines have different regulations and many require a doctor’s letter if traveling within 30 days of due date of birth.

That said, there have been 2 cases where babies have been given a lifetime of free travel from the airline carrier they were born in. In 1995, Dararasami Thongcharoen was born 2 months earlier than scheduled and it happened on Thai Airways. In addition to being able to fly for free on Thai Airways, she also got an educational scholarship and is considered a “daughter of Thai Airways”. The other baby, Mohd Aliff Mohd Fuad, was born in 1996 on Asia Pacific Airlines and he too got a lifetime of free air travel and education sponsored by the airline.

The other question commonly asked is of course what citizenship a child gets if he or she is born on a plane or on a ship in international waters. What do you think?

But the parents have to file an application, and then officials have to investigate whether the child was born in Mexican airspace or international waters, Garcia-Upson said.

A 42-year-old woman gave birth to the 7-pound, 8-ounce girl late Wednesday night on a Mexicana Airlines flight from Guadalajara, Mexico.

An obstetrician traveling on the plane helped with the birth about an hour before the plane touched down.

The woman was on her way to visiting her in-laws in Milwaukee.

I think I hurt my spine or something...

It's fuckin painful.

I keep getting difficulties getting up from laid down position with lappy on my belly...

It really hurts... like almost gona... paralyzed or wat... X_X;;

There was a few real painful moments which I wana wake my sis up to save me... but then, I still try to get up myself bearing with the pain.

I guess I hurt it earlier on when I was watching tv on my bed with sis... was sitting on my bed... did feel kinda spine loose or not in place that time but I turned my body to fast to pick up my plush toys that rolled over to sis's teritory.... as I turned... I felt something dislocated or something... very painful.... and now it got worse.... X________X;;;

So long no blog... the interface changed abit.. O_o;;

I hate my current life... though I get more exposure...

But we are so grounded to the company.. No Life.

Yet I cant complain, coz we wont be able to find a solution to it...My complaints will only make you more frustrated...

I was abit shocked to read from someone's blog that she knew Dear's grandfather passed away... like huh? Perhaps dear told her... I cant imagine myself going around to sms ppl about this... but yea... maybe this is the tradition or wat so ever...

She knows that dear is close with her grandfather, but I know nuts.

Dear insisted she told me about her grandpa, but I swear I never know anything b4...if I know she still got a grandpa around back then, I would have ask how come grandma will gona stay with them but grandpa no need...

Does anyone have problem using Yahoo applications? X_X;;;

I have a lorry of problems... XD

First, it was Yahoo Singapore Auction which was like 2,3 weeks ago, that went buggy and eventually kinda die off and database wiped... X_x;;; Nothing could be found or send to auction according to some seller...and as a buyer like me... I cant find any single shit... and it is really pissing me off as I am a hardcore yahoo auction buyer... -___-;;;

Since like 1 week ago... I realised Yahoo Mail arent doing well too!!! Cant delete things... cant read things or load properly.... X_x;;;; Best... Cant email.... -____________________________-;;; Does anyone else kena too? X_x;;; I am so pissed... Whatever I delete comes back.... and the email doesnt seems to load completely... and loads damn slow.... and yea... I read that change back to classic mail will works... but damn it lor... I click on change back to classic and no respond.

Then... the Yahoo search is frigging slow in loading too.... until I been using Yahoo Japan to search things liao... -____-;;; It will display things where u search like english yahoo like that... Been lacking of updates nowdays...

Was soaked in very lovey dovey mood nowdays... but... being blissed often follows with illness....

Playing Sakura Wars really bring back so much memories... it actually accompanied me throughout half of my current lifespan... it was with me since 1998 or even earlier which I cant remember the exact year... But definately about 1998.... :D I love all the characters to bits... and of coz...the story, the drawings.... btw... somehow, the battle scene in Part 2 is lousy than Part 1...which I dont understand why? more pixelated.. X_x;;; I was figuring out how they stretch it to psp screen without looking distort as compare to our old kinda TV which is rather squarish as compare to psp screen..... I realise they remove the dialogue area which was found in old version and sort of make the dialogue box transparent and overlap the main graphic area abit... duno how to explain...perhaps...photos will be up soon.... Now I move into part 2 le...and weird that.. I remember part 1 more that part 2 despite I played part 2 more than part 1.... I hope I can complete the whole thing which I never before... which is to collect every single gal's ending... X_x;;; and sux that they dun link up after u complete part 1 and link into part 2... sega saturn version links.... it will have flash backs of part 1 if u completed part 1 and play part 2... X_x;;;

Besides Sakura Wars, Dear and me been Puzzle Questing... it's damn nice and kinda easy for gong... since she dun like rpg..but amazing she can take this rpg game... perhaps the rpg wasnt that much and rather direct...more on the puzzle part... it's like bejewel... quite fun... and I am rather jian to forge an item which allows me to kill the enemy without it having much chance for their turn once I could cast my spells...woahahhaa.... =P (bet gong is so arghhhhh reading this part...woahahhaa)

How do I Register as a Visitor?
Well, there are two different ways you can go about this:

You can register on-site at the Registration counter at the entrance of Convention Hall 603 on event days. Upon registration at the counter, you will be given a Passport by our staff. Please note that each visitor will only be entitled to one Passport.
You can pre-register online on this very website! By pre-registering online, you will be guaranteed easy and speedy collection of your Singapore Toy & Comic Convention 2008 Passport at the special Fast-Track Entry counter. Through the Fast-Track Entry counter, you will be able to bypass the long queues of visitors who decide to collect their Passport by registering on-site. Pre-registering online will also automatically add you to the Official Singapore Toy & Comic Convention Mailing List, so that we can keep you updated on the most important news regarding the Event!

Dear all fresh graduate of 3D Department 2008,

TIME TO CELEBRADE & BE THANKFUL TO ALL OUR LECTURES!

Finally, we are all graduated!!!!

I believe this is the most unforgetful moment among the "suffering" years in NAFA. We experienced depressing, laughs, cry, excited, moody…and whatever moment especially when doing FYP. "Kena" scolded by the lectures become a common to us. However, I truly believe we all are all feeling very thankful to the lecture.

In order to show our thankfulness to our lectures or mentors who help us along the way, an event named "I'm thankful." will be hold on coming Saturday, 5pm-7pm at NAFA fountain.

It is a celebration of expressing ours thankfulness to the lectures by prepare them foods by ourselves. You all are required to form into group of 3-5persons among yourselves. Prepare a dish of food for 40 persons. It could be hand made biscuits, jelly or your home town food. If you are not good in cook, no worries! You are allowed to buy ready made from food store.

The most importantly, it should be a dish of food that is creative presented, best visually and lastly good in taste. A panel of judges will be going though all the food presented and prize will be given.

That included …The Best Food Present Award (well presented)

The Best Food Taste Award (tasty food)

The Best Junk Food Award (anyhow food)..hehe

You are required to take part to make it happening…as this is the last time we spend time together and the only chance to say "thank you" to the lectures who help us to reach the stage we are now..!

Though my mouth wont stop complaining about NAFA...but there is where I belong for the past 3years+... Not only the people, but the environment too.... my little corners... my favourite handicapped toilet... my favourite classroom...locker...water cooler...library...comp lab... many many more! oh yea...not forget to mention that hot choco drink...argh... I gona do a photoshoot of all these tmr!! IF I remembered... =P

I am abit lost with getting a nintendo... Research abit the price on yahoo auction and found it incredibly low somehow... those R4 cart (an adaptor to run games from memory cards instead of original cartridge) oni like 50+ or so...wasnt like what my brother say..90+ or more... X_x;;; and the nintendo DS lite set that they are selling are around 108??? the lowest I mean... haha... X_x;;;

I wonder is there any difference between US or Japan version...can all games be played on both? I remember back then, those sega console..US one cannot play Japanese games...hmm... X_X;;;

I think, I want a white nintendo DS lite...coz anyway I will be crazily sticking decals on my DS.... XDDDD~~~~

I need some real cool decals for my psp... :( It's getting scratches at the metalic ring at the back.. my bro laughed at me coz mine is so scratchy already... :(
